Individual Program Design/Remote Coaching

A 100% individualized training program. Full assessment, needs analysis, and periodized to your sport’s season (if applicable). Covers mobility/prep work, strength/power training, conditioning, and recovery/lifestyle practices. Workouts will be tailored to what equipment or gym facilities you have access to. Personal Training – local or remote

If you are in the Portland, OR area, I train at my home facility in SW Portland. I also coach remotely over Zoom.

Physiological Testing – VO2 Max, Resting Metabolic Rate, Respiratory, and Muscle Oxygen Profile
