12 Week Powerlifting Program, Beginner/Intermediate

This is a 12 week template that peaks for a meet or test in the final week. It provides plenty of exposure to the competition lifts for those that may be newer to the sport. If you are looking for a basic program to get started, this program is for you!

 

3 Week Ride Unlimited Program

This is a simple 3 week program that’s built specifically for riders and their unique physical needs. It’s designed to be done at home with a minimum of equipment: some light dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells, a broomstick or pipe, and a pullup bar or something else to hang from. You could easily use a bar at your local park for this.

This program can be repeated at least several times with good results, so it could easily last you 12-16 weeks, or even more.

There is a short daily morning routine, then 3 workouts/week that are to the point and meant to leave you with time & energy to ride.

I’ve realized not everyone wants to jump into a weekly training program and may just want to try out some of the things that we do here. This is a super inexpensive way to try it out & invest in your riding future – only a one-time $27 cost.

Elbow Program
An 8 week stand-alone program for elbow strength & resiliency. Can be done alone, or added in with your regular training. You could easily continue it for longer and keep making gains.

It includes not only the exercises and program, but also the standards you’ll want to shoot for. Reaching these targets means you’ll have the strength & flexibility to handle whatever you want to do on the bike.  And, they are within the reach of anyone who does the work!

Minimal equipment needed, designed to be done at home but can easily be done in a gym also.

This is an upgraded version of the program that’s already helped more than 30 riders get over their elbow pain and get back to riding!

Shoulder Program

A 12 week stand-alone program for shoulder strength, flexibility, & resiliency. It can be done alone, or added in with your regular training. You could easily continue it for longer and keep making gains.

The program combines progressive loaded stretching methods with joint specific exercises and isometric holds. This is a unique combination that few are using, and it has produced great results for the clients I work with. Now, you can use this approach yourself!
